The Campaign doesn't show

Once a Campaign was saved, you should be able to see it live immediately. Here are the common reasons why you can't:

  1. Max views was reached - Every plan has a maximum limit of widget views. In order to get a higher limit, first login, and then goto the Plans section and choose a plan with a higher limit.
  2. No Products to present/ feed is empty - Some feeds, are based on user interaction in the shop. Examples:
    • Recently Viewed - If the visitor didn't view enough product pages, the widget will not appear as the feed is empty.
  3. Theme was changed - follow the below steps:

    • Login, and go to Settings.
    • Disable the service and click "Save".
    • Enable the service and click "Save".

    In about 2 minutes, you should be able to see your campaigns live.

How to properly disable the service?

In order to disable the service, follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click the Settings option at the menu on the top-right corner of the screen, or click here.
  3. Click the button named "Service Enabled/Disabled" and hit the save button.
  4. After about up to 2 minutes, all markings will be removed from your templates and shop.

I uninstalled but I still see references to Juvico in the Code

If one chooses to uninstall after enabling the service, its better to disable it first (see here).

If you haven't disabled the service first, please follow the below instructions:

Remove the below code from theme.liquid:

Delete the following template pages:

/snippets/juvico_theme.liquid

Save, and you are done.
